Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is manufactured from rotary peeled wood veneers .
The veneers are bonded together by using durable adhesive with the wood grain of every veneer running parallel with each other .
It has several major advantages compared with natural wood materials :
1.LVL has excellent bending resistance, tension and compression properties and greater
load-bearing capacity than traditional natural wood material.
2.LVL can be used for horizontal and vertical solutions, providing a dimensional precision
which gives architects greater design possibilities.
